The quiz on an AO American Benefits advisor page asks for a few details so a licensed agent can see which private health plans may fit. AO American Benefits offers private health plans only, not ACA Marketplace plans. Submitting the quiz asks the advisor to contact you about coverage. It does not enroll you in a plan, and your answers are not a quote or an eligibility decision.

Comparing plans is free and there is no obligation to enroll. Plan availability, benefits, price and approval depend on your state, the carrier, underwriting and the actual policy terms. Private plans may not be Qualified Health Plans under the Affordable Care Act and may not cover pre-existing conditions. Not all applicants qualify. AO American Benefits is powered by USABG and is not the Health Insurance Marketplace or a government website.

To send the quiz, you check one consent box. It covers phone calls, text messages and emails from AO American Benefits at the number and address you provide, both marketing (coverage options and offers) and non-marketing (appointment reminders, scheduling updates and coverage inquiries).
